Steve Tuttleman
PARTNER
Since 1985, Steven has directed and managed numerous acquisitions and financings for Blue 9 and affiliated investment groups. Steve has served on various boards, including but not limited to Ebonite International, Discovery TSX, Hirtle Callaghan, Running Subway Productions, Five Below, Performance Bicycle, and Icon Health and Fitness. Steve also serves on the advisory boards of LLR Equity and the Bernstein Institute for Human Rights. He has also served as Board President of Insight Meditation Society and on the school committee of Friends Seminary. Steve graduated from Wharton at the University of Pennsylvania and New York University’s Law School. He lives in NYC with his wife and 2 daughters.

Allen Paik
PARTNER
With over 20 years of private equity experience, Allen works closely and actively with portfolio companies and advises senior management on strategic, organizational and financial issues. Previously, Allen was VP of M&A at Prudential Financial. He also was a consultant with Booz Allen Hamilton and worked in financial management roles at both PepsiCo and CBS. Allen holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BA from Middlebury College. He lives in NYC with his wife and 2 sons.

Divya Viveka
PRINCIPAL
With over 7 years of combined impact investment and project management experience. Previously, Divya worked at Flat World Partners, an impact investing investment manager, and Archer Gray, an early stage media-tech VC firm. Divya has also worked at Disney ABC and Sesame Workshop in India. Divya holds an MBA from Columbia Business School, a Masters in Film Studies from the Mass Communication Research Center, New Delhi, and a BA in Philosophy and Psychology from Lady Shri Ram College in New Delhi.

Jane Chen
SENIOR ASSOCIATE
Jane has over 4 years of combined experience in investment banking and venture capital. Previously, Jane was at PJT Partners in the M&A group, focused on the consumer and FinTech sectors. She serves on the Youth Board of WPA, an organization that empowers women to redefine their lives in the face of injustice and incarceration. Jane received a B.A. in Economics and Computer Science from Harvard.
